Our big canoe and kayak expeditions take 10 lucky campers on a stunning tour of the South Sound, through sleepy marinas and quiet island communities to rustic campsites with unrivaled waterfront views.
Under the guidance of two experienced Gallagher Expeditions leaders, campers work together to sync up their strokes and paddle like champs to and from each campsite. They study tide books, set goals, and map out attractions along the way. Once at their destination, they set up camp and cook dinner over an open fire.
There's nothing quite like the camaraderie of a Gallagher Expeditions big canoe or kayak trip. Whether it's paddling through a downpour or racing to beat the tide, campers learn what they're made of and discover how much they can achieve when working together. They start the trip as strangers and end as family!
