Summer Youth Programming

Spend your summer in one of the most beautiful places on Earth while being part of Camp Gallagher’s and the life-changing experience of hundreds of summer campers.

 

Pay and Benefits

  • Daily pay starting at $104

  • Returning staff bonus

  • ACA membership and conference fee covered for staff of 3+ seasons.

  • Optional professional development workshops on concepts that extend beyond camp, such as resume-building

  • Cost of certifications required for job

  • Staff training – June 9-June 20

  • S1, HS Classic – June 24-July 2

  • X1: 9th-10th Big Canoe – June 24-June 28

  • S2, MS Intro – July 6-July 11

  • X2: 10th-12th Big Canoe – July 6-July 11

  • S3, HS Classic – July 14-July 22

  • X3: 9th-10th Intro to Kayaking, July 14-July 18

  • S4, MS Classic – July 25 – July 31

  • X4: 10th-12th Intro to Kayaking – July 25-July 31

  • S5, HS Classic+ - August 4-August 13

  • S6, HS Classic – August 16- August 24

  • Clean-up and final celebrations – August 24-26

INTERNSHIPS

Camp Gallagher is open to working with universities in providing a paid internship for credit in completing programs for recreation, outdoor and environmental education, and related fields.
